Frequently asked

What is pure-water cleaning?

We filter tap water down to zero minerals, then rinse your glass with it. With nothing dissolved in the water, it dries without leaving a single spot.

Do you put ladders against my house?

No. Our water-fed poles reach up to four stories from the ground, so nothing leans on your siding, gutters or window trim.

Do I need to be home?

Up to homeowner discretion. Our work is all exterior, so all we need is access to unlocked gates. If your windows have screens, we do need to step inside briefly to pop them out and back in — or you're welcome to take them out before we arrive and put them back yourself if you'd prefer.

How often should windows be cleaned?

Twice a year suits most South Shore homes — spring pollen and fall salt air are the two that matter most.
